The fascia and soffits on the second floor posed a challenge due to their hard-to-reach nature, prompting us to utilize a boom lift for the painting process. To ensure a lasting finish, all bare MDF and wood surfaces were primed before applying the final coat.

The clients purchased this building for rental purposes, and we were tasked with painting the brick exterior. Additionally, we painted all the windows black using a vinyl safe formula, ensuring a smooth and lasting finish. To maintain a cohesive look, both the garage door and entrance door were also painted black. After experiencing some peeling due to sun exposure, the fiberglass door underwent diligent care. It was expertly sanded to smooth perfection, then treated with a rich gel stain and protective varnish. Upon this stunning cedar deck, a previous painter's choice of low-quality paint led to unfortunate peeling. Alongside this, we discovered some rotten boards, swiftly replaced to restore the deck's integrity. Cedar, known for its quick readiness, embraced a new stain without delay, a rare convenience compared to other woods' year-long waiting period. After a pressure wash and a patient 3-day dry, we applied two coats of stain with precision, using an airless sprayer and backbrushing. The result?
