This high-end custom home was meticulously illuminated with LED lights, demanding a thorough inspection of the walls not once, not twice, but three times before the final coat of paint was expertly applied. All windows, devoid of casings, underwent a precision process to achieve impeccable, razor-sharp lines, necessitating careful taping, caulking, and painting. Every panel, door, and casing was masterfully sprayed to attain that flawlessly smooth finish.
Additionally, the staircases were thoughtfully stained using a brush technique, skillfully eliminating any residual redness from the red oak wood, harmonizing its color as closely as possible with the flooring. The rafters and wood panels, constructed from white oak, were exclusively varnished as per the client's request.
It's worth noting that the meticulous approach extended to all tile surroundings as well, with each area being diligently taped, caulked, and painted to ensure perfectly straight lines.

This builder is one of the best around. They keep the job site clean, and the materials they use are top-notch. This makes our work easier, allowing us to achieve the best finishes possible.
Choosing wood windows was a smart decision. They were sprayed the same color as the casings and doors. In the master bedroom ensuite, we painted it with AF-685 (Benjamin Moore) color. The decision to match the baseboards, doors, and windows to the wall colors was a great one, and it looks very stylish.
The main color used was OC-117 (Benjamin Moore), and it pairs well with the floors and the cabinetry selected for this house.
We also stained the stairs, and the risers were painted to complete the look.
This custom home was completed in early 2020, showcasing meticulous attention to detail throughout. The process involved precision work, beginning with the panels on the first and second-floor hallways and the stunning staircase that gracefully descends to the basement. Every nail hole received careful attention, expertly filled and caulked. This same level of craftsmanship extended to the casings and baseboards.
Prior to our work, the flooring was already in place, requiring us to cover all surfaces, including windows, tiles, and door hinges. The priming process was methodical, ensuring that every surface received the necessary preparatory treatment. Any imperfections were addressed, and two coats of finish were sprayed to create a flawless, lasting result.
It's important to note that we employ a specific approach when working with new MDF or wood. Our commitment to perfection means we avoid using brushes or rollers, as these can introduce unwanted brush strokes or roller texture.
For the discerning client's preferences, we executed a seamless vision. Crown moldings were painted to match the wall color, creating an illusion of taller ceilings.
Our commitment to harmonious design is further reflected in our staining and varnishing work. The stain color was meticulously matched to the flooring, and a flat hybrid varnish was used to maintain a low sheen, in keeping with the flooring's character. To achieve pristine lines and prevent any paint from bleeding under the tape, each step was carefully taped and caulked, guaranteeing sharp, clean edges throughout the project.
